BZ型定柱式旋臂起重机

BZ型定柱式旋臂起重机依据JB/T8906标准所设计、制造；本产品由于其独特的结构特点，适用于加工车间、仓库在固定范围内的三维空间可随意操作，来装卸和搬运物品，其使用灵活，省时、省力、节能。
本产品起重量为0.25～3t．旋臂有效半径一般2.5～6m，起升高度般2～6m，工作级别为A3级。

主要特点：

1.本产品主要由立柱、旋臂、钢丝绳或环链电动葫芦，以及电气设备所组成。
2.电动葫芦可单速或双速升降，并可在旋转臂的工字钢下翼缘板上运行；旋转臂可手动或电动旋转0-360度。
3.操纵方式为地面按钮操作或遥控操作。
4.立柱的底盘螺栓紧固在旋臂吊的基座上，基座上预埋螺栓需与底盘螺栓孔配作。

    BZ Swinging pillar jib crane is designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T8906 standard. Because of its unique structure, it is more reliable for conveying materials in a fixed three-dimension space than other cranes
The range of its Lifting capacity is 0.25～3t . The effective radius of its slewing boom is up to 6m, the hoisting height is 2～6m,  the classification group is A3.

Man features：
    1. This crane is mainly composed of column, slewing boom．Wire rope or electric chain hoist and electrical system.
    2.With 1-speed or 2-speed the electric hoist traverses on the I-beam track.  The range of rotating degree of slewing boom is from 0 to 360.
    3. In general the manipulation type is ground wired button control or ramote control.
    4. The pillar is fastened on the base of jib crane by means of bolt. In order to ensure the precision of assembly the pre—buried holts of the base should be installed in accordance with the displacement of holes of the pillar’s flange.
