LDY型电动单梁起重机

LDY型电动单粱起重机依据JB／T1306-2008标准及国家质检总局[2007]375号文的相关要求所设计制造，适用于小型铸造车间吊运融熔金属和搬运物料及台模使用。
本系列产品起重量为1～10t，跨度为7.5～31.5m，工作级别为A6级。

主要特点：

1.本系列产品主、端梁结构采用LDA型电动单粱起重机箱型主梁及端梁结构形式。
2.起升机构匹配单速或双速升降的冶金专用钢丝绳电动葫芦。其特点是升降具有双制动、双限位和超载保护功能，起升机构工作级别不小于M6级。
3.大车运行机构采用具有缓起、制动功能的电动机。操纵本产品要求远离热辐射源，一般采用遥控操纵，如果采用地面手把按钮操纵，手把按钮要设置单独滑道。

Main Features：
1.The main girder and end carriage’s frames refer to those of LDA crane.
2.Hoisting mechanism, mainly used for casting,matches with electric wire rope hoist with single-speed or two-speed. The hoist is characterized with dual brakes, double Iimiters of displacement and overload protection and its cassification group is not less than M6.
3.The travelling mechanism adopts motors with soft-start and braking function.
4.The manipulation of this crane is required to stay away from thermal-radiated sources. It is generally manipulated by remote control or cab"s，if ground button control is required, a separate slide should be added.
