MH型电动葫芦门式起重机

MH型电动葫芦门式起重机依据JB/T5663-2008标准所设计、制造；本机起升机构匹配单速或双速升降钢丝绳电动葫芦，是一种有轨运行的中小型单梁门式起重机。本产品适用于加工车间、造船加工区、货场、料场装卸和搬运物品，配以电动抓斗或电磁吸盘，可吊运散粒物料或吊运铁屑、铁块等物料。
本产品起重量一般为1～16t，跨度为10～35m，工作级别为A3～A5级。

主要特点：
1.本机由门架结构、大车运行机构、电动葫芦及电器设备所组成；电动葫芦在主梁工字钢下翼缘板上运行；门架的主梁、两下横梁均采用箱型板结构，四支腿可采用槽钢拼接或箱型板结构
2.大车运行机构采用立式套装减速器，分别驱动，可电阻器调速或变频调速。
3.电动葫芦导电采用异型槽软电缆滑车导电，整机供电般采用圆铜滑线供电或电缆卷简供电。
4.操纵方式有地面手把按钮操纵、地面遥控操纵或司机室操纵三种形式可选用。

    MH gantry crane，based on JB/T5663-2008 standard．Matching with electric wire rope hoist with 1-speed or 2-speed , running on the I-beam track，is a middle-sized gantry crane with single girder.  It is applicable to conveying materials in processing workshops ,shipyard plants and storage yards . Equipped with electrical grab or electromagnet, it can convey granular materials scrap iron and steel plates.

Main features：
    1. The crane is mainly composed of gantry t ravelling  mechanism．Electric hoist and electrica system. Electric hoist traverses on the I-beam track.  Main girder and beams are boxed . Four legs are boxed or made of channeled steel.
    2. Travelling mechanism adopts vertical reducer and is driven  respectively.  Resistor or variable frequency is for speed adjustment.
    3. The electricity of the hoist is conducted by means of  slip-pulleys with slot-shaped flexible cable.  Power supply of the crane is generally circular-coppered slip-line or winding drum.
    4. There are three type of manipulation for choice：ground wired button control ,remote control or cab"s.
